Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During this time, your order is prepared and readied for shipment.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier conditions, seasonal demand, or unforeseen delays. Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate, and delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take several days to appear, especially during the early stages of transit.
Delivery Responsibility
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered delivered and responsibility transfers to the recipient. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors or building management first, then contact the carrier. If you still need help, reach out to us and we’ll assist where possible.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at hello@elysium-skin.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
Delays or Lost Packages
If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated timeframe or tracking has stopped updating, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate. In rare cases where a package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Please allow additional processing and transit time during peak shopping seasons or carrier disruptions such as severe weather.

Hygiene & Safety Notice
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used, including:

Wearable beauty devices (such as LED masks)

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@elysium-skin.com before sending anything back. Our support team will provide instructions and return authorization if your request meets our criteria.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your receipt until the return is processed. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Inspection & Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@elysium-skin.com, including your order number and photos of the issue if possible. In these cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund and cover any necessary return shipping.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order.
